Abstract:

A significant role in today´s bshhestve plays socio-cultural communication, which can be studied within the framework of the activities of international organizations (UN, UNESCO, IFLA). For a free orientation in society people must own bibliographic language. Bibliographic language is one of the most important elements of the information management system for the needs of society, the individual and requires conscious understanding of its actual existence.
