Abstract:

In article problems of development of a tourist complex of Krasnodar Region taking into account the foreign experience generalized by the German architect Manfred von Pentz are considered. Special attention is paid on the cultural party of the project, feature and advantage of the Russian coast and also taking into account those mistakes which were made abroad.
