Abstract:

Reliance on the achievements of cultural and social anthropology made it possible to carry out research based on the information-informational paradigm, with the help of which all stages of the genesis of culture - from primitive to civilized, from empirical descriptions - to analysis and synthesis of knowledge are considered. It proves that the regional culture studies the processes in which one form of culture grows out of the other in a chronological order and can be formed from the fusion of their individual elements.
