Abstract:

In this article, approaches to the study of the concept of "organizational culture" are studied, and the notion of adaptation is disclosed. The essence and purpose of the adaptation of the new employee in circumstances alien to him is analyzed and the specifics of the influence of the organizational culture for the period of the adaptation period and the process of adaptation are determined.
