Abstract:

In the 50-60s of the last century had the concept to assert that the Khazar era in the North-Western Caucasus two tribal union: Zikhs and Kasogs – ancestors of the Circassians. The author, based on data from archeology, medieval written sources, adygskie pedigrees argues Turkic origin Kasogs North-west Caucasus.
