Abstract:

In the article the professional identity of future military pilots, understood primarily as a value-semantic component of professional socialization, and the process of its formation in the educational environment of a military higher school are viewed through the prism of the phenomenological-existential methodology and the theory of intentionality of consciousness. Describing the model and barriers to the formation of the professional identity of future military pilots, the author formulates a number of conclusions and recommendations aimed at rethinking the educational educational process at a military university and introducing a phenomenological approach into it.
