Abstract:

The article is devoted to analysis of rural libraries functioning in modern society. It also considers acute problems of reading rooms: underfunding, lacking adequate computer equipment capable of Internet connection, inadequate presentation of libraries activities and lack of SMM promotion in the social networks.
