Abstract:

The article deals the main technologies for organizing exhibition activities that are used today in exhibition halls and museums, provides a historical background to the emergence of exhibition activities, and reveals the main modern mechanisms for interacting with visitors. The use of innovative and interactive technologies in the organization of exhibition activities makes it possible to effectively use the resources of museums and exhibition halls to involve visitors in their activities and increase the level of attractiveness of institutions.
