Abstract:

In article problems of formation of professionally significant personal qualities of cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the context of activity which acts as process of satisfaction existing and a condition of creation of new requirements, and also process of permission of the available contradictions between subject and object are considered.
