Abstract:

In article the methodological bases and conceptual aspects of spiritual and moral potential of regional traditional and composer creativity in practice of training and education of younger generation in system of continuous art education are considered, the attention is focused on culturological, civilization and paradigmalny approaches which allow to concentrate on more large-scale generalizations, the universal and national regularities of process of spiritual and moral education caused by variety of the concrete welfare sphere.
