Abstract:

The article discusses the concept "beauty" in English and Russian linguistic cultures. The authors analyze its various derivatives, methodological approaches to its study, its importance in Russian and English language environment. They are also considering gender language specific perception of this concept by consciousness of the representatives of the various regional ethno-cultural groups and communities.
