The article deals with the factors influencing the competitiveness of tourism enterprises. The competitiveness of travel agency is determined by its ability to adapt to different conditions of changing market competition in the tourist market. The success of individual tourism enterprises in competitive struggle in modern conditions largely depends on the situation in the tourism industry at the level of the region, country and world as a whole.
