Abstract:

Development of a civilization dictates need of periodic modernization of education and, as a result, – change of its valuable contents. In modern Russian society the education purposes changed, there was a reorientation of an assessment of results of education from concepts "readiness", "education", "the general culture", "good breeding" on "competence", "competence", thereby, was staticized an introduction and development problem in educational process of competence-based approach that put forward a problem of formation of its teoretiko-methodological basis.
